• We are able to ship our products worldwide. Depending on the terms of the transport company, some areas may not be shipped
  • Orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office Registered Mail or SF-Express.
  • Air Registered Mail normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive in most countries (once shipped). Scheduled delivery date and time depends on origin, destination, and Post Office™ acceptance time.
  • If your order has been shipped to you and hasn’t arrived within 2-3 weeks, please contact your local post office and quote the package tracking number. We can still assist however it will takes 1 -2 months for the tracking process through our Hong Kong Post Office.

For delivery check, please submit a comment on your My Account > Orders OR email to [email protected] directly with the subject “Delivery Check – (invoice number)” and include your information detail, product item, purchase date. Thank you.

  • 如使用香港郵政寄出的郵包經過2-3週後仍未送達,請聯絡你所在地的郵局,並利用我們給你的追蹤號予以查詢。我們也可以協助,但一般需要1-2個月時間讓香港郵政查明郵包情況。

We also provide self pickup service. Please inform us if you would like to pick-up the product by yourself. However, if you have not pickup the products after 30 days, all late collection will be deemed to have forfeited their paid products with no monetary or other in-kind compensation.

  • We will accept the returned item if either: We deliver the wrong product, or shipping caused product damage.
